2. If it's free, we say so
First-Time Abate and the IRS's new automatic relief cost nothing, and a phone call often settles them the same day. When that's your situation, we point you straight at it. No upsell.
3. When you need it in writing, we build it right
For reasonable-cause cases, the guided builder (in the works) walks you through the timeline and evidence, drafts your letter and Form 843, lets you review and sign, and mails it certified with tracking and delivery confirmation. You review and sign everything. We prepare and mail, we don't represent you.
